From humble beginnings
The Canadian Paediatric Foundation (CPF) was established in 1985 as a charitable organization to help the Canadian Paediatric Society (CPS) fulfill its mission. Funds raised helped the CPS develop health information for Canadian families, provide education for those caring for children and youth and support advocacy on child health issues.
To a new foundation
Much has changed since the CPF was founded in 1985. What is unchanged however is our commitment to the health and well-being of children and youth in Canada and abroad. In 2005, the foundation celebrated its 20th anniversary. Part of that celebration included a new name and identity: Healthy Generations: Building a Future for Children and Youth.
- Board of Directors: The individuals from across Canada who govern the foundation.
- How to become involved: Support the foundation through community leadership.
- Privacy, Ethics & Accountability: Information about how we collect and use information from our donors, foundation decision-making and financial accountability.
- Donor Bill of Rights: A declaration of the rights of donors as provided by The Association of Fundraising Professionals.
- Annual Reports: The annual records of the foundation.
