Take some time to Practice What You Preach!

Be sure to register for the 4th Annual Practice What You Preach 5K Walk/Run in support of Healthy Generations. This year’s event will be held in Victoria’s picturesque Beacon Hill Park, which is renowned for its natural and landscaped beauty.

Experience breathtaking views all while helping your foundation and following your own prescription for optimum health.
